I’ve been in the fitness & mobility world for over 8 years, and for a long time, I thought mobility was optional.

I chased heavy lifts, pushed through pain, and told myself it was just part of the grind, until one day I bent down to tie my shoes and my back gave out. I couldn’t move for days.

That was my wake-up call.

Instead of giving up, I dove headfirst into mobility—not just stretching, but truly learning how the body is meant to move. I rebuilt myself from the ground up. My joints felt stable, my pain disappeared, and I finally trained with confidence again.

No problem. You can easily reschedule through the calendar link, or just reply to your confirmation email. I understand life gets busy.

Nope. Just come as you are. I might ask you to do some simple movements on camera so I can assess your mobility, but nothing strenuous.

Question 3: How long is the call?

Exactly 30 minutes. I respect your time and keep things focused. You'll get a clear assessment and action plan without any fluff or long presentations.

Question 4: What's the call about?

This is a genuine mobility assessment. I need to understand your specific pain patterns and movement restrictions before I can recommend the right solution. For some guys, that's my 6-week program. For others, it might be seeing a physical therapist or just fixing one movement pattern. I'll tell you honestly which category you're in.
